| 1. HELMETS AND PROTECTIVE GEAR MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN ON THE TRACK. 2. OBEY ALL FLAGGERS AND TRACK STAFF, NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. NO REFUNDS AFTER PRACTICE. 4. ANY RIDER WHO IS RACING IN A SKILL LEVEL CLASS (50-85cc) IS SUBJECT TO BEING BUMPED AT ANY TIME, THIS IS AT THE RACE DIRECTORS DISCRETION. 5. NO TRAINING WHEELS ON ANY BIKE. 6. ENGINE,FRAME,SUSPENSION, AND ELECTRONICS MODIFICATIONS ARE LEGAL 7. ANY BIKE WITH A 10-12 INCH FRONT WHEEL WILL BE IN THE 50CC CLASS. 8. ANY 14 FRONT WHEEL (TTR90/KLX/DRZ110/65CC) WILL BE IN THE 65CC WITH EXCEPTION OF THE XR80 WHICH IS ALSO LEGAL IN THIS CLASS. 9. ANY 17-19 INCH FRONT WHEEL (KLX/DRZ125/TTR125/CRF150/CRF/XR100/KX100/85CC) WILL Be IN THE 85CC CLASS ACCEPT ANY 4 STROKE IS OPEN FOR THE 4 STROKE NOVICE CLASS. 10. NO PIT RACING. 11. ANY RIDER WHO NEEDS IT WILL HAVE A 2 MIN. HOLD TO GET TO THE LINE OR GET THEIR BIKE STARTED IN CASE OF A BIKE FAILURE. 12. ALL BIKES MUST HAVE CLEARLY MARKED AND MATCHING NUMBERS ON THE FRONT AND SIDE PLATES 13. EXCEPTION TO ANY RULES ARE AT THE RACE DIRECTORS DISCRETION. RACE FORMAT OUR RACE FORMAT IS DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER MX PROGRAM. WE HAVE THIS IN PLACE SO THAT AMATEUR MX RACERS WILL HAVE A PLACE TO "CUT THEIR TEETH" SO TO SPEAK. RATHER THAN RACING AN AGE LIMIT CLASS, WE HAVE SKILL LEVELS, THAT WE REGULATE AS BEST THAT WE CAN. THIS GIVES YOUNG RACERS THE SAME OPPORTUNITIES AS THE BIG BIKE RIDERS AT OTHER TRACKS. THESE RULES AND FORMAT ARE SET IN PLACE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ALL HAVE A FUN AND SAFE TIME, WE (NTMX TRACK OFFICIALS) FEEL THE OPTIONS AND RACE FORMAT , THAT WE HAVE CHOSEN ARE THE BEST FIT FOR US TO PROVIDE YOU THE BEST RACE EXPERIENCE WE CAN . |

| NTMX Rules Skill level rules all skill levels are created by the NTMX crew so all rules and decisions are at our discretion anyone can run beginner no matter where you have raced before, we ask you to use your best judgement and only ride beginner for one year, that does not mean you get 1 full year in this class . 85cc and below your skill level placement is still at our discretion. If you are a talented rider, and able to easily win beginner after only riding for a few months, then you can be bumped. There is also a "run rule" in these skill level classes, just as there is in baseball. You can only win 3 races in a row in any given class, in a series. 4 wins gives you an automatic bump! If you are bumped, we will give you last place points -%25 if you see that you need to be in a higher class, and advance yourself, we will give you last place -5 points class rules all classes are considered mod. 50cc-12in. front wheel max 65cc-14in. front wheel max 85cc-19in. front wheel max-this class includes crf150r womans class-19in. front wheel mx- with acceptio of the ttr225,and crf230 schoolboy class any rider attending school at a grade no higher than 12 big bike rules we run on the same format that all tracks in Texas run for 125 and 250 classes. Beginner class is for riders who have ridden less than 1 year if there is an issue with a rider sandbagging then that rider will be bumped as soon as proof is given that they have been riding for more than 1 year.
